We are all settled in to our new house and can't wait to start having our frinds over. We had a birthday party a couple weeks ago for Noah who turned one on the 11th . I am having way to much fun embellishing photos.I hope to start digital Scrapbooking. I got my Photoshop Elements 6 to work. So I finally got my birthday present to work! Friday, November 14, 2008. This was such a hard week for me I'm so glad it's over. Joelle got sick with the flu bug.vomiting, fever, diarrhea, etc. I felt so bad for her. But then two days later I got the bug! I never realized just how hard being a mom is until having to take care of a sick baby while being sick. I was practically bed ridden having to change diarrhea diapers, take temperatures and feed Joelle. Oh it was awful! By day 3 we were starting to feel better and by day 4 we were back to normal.

Thursday, November 13, 2008. I'm not a huge Oprah fan and don't ordinarily watch her show, but a friend told me about a giveaway they are doing on her website. I guess yesterday's show was all about organization and Snapfish is giving away a FREE 11x8 photo book to Oprah viewers. You just have to go to Oprah's website. My friend has already ordered hers! I wanted to list a few interesting facts about Cami at 9 months. I got this idea from my friend Liza's blog. About her son, Rowen. Thanks, Liza! So here is what Cami is up to:. 14 lbs. 5 oz. Saturday, November 15, 2008. Wellnot quite. But she is up on her hands and knees and Mommy finally got a picture of it! This has all started just in the last few days and she is now proficient enough at it that I could get a picture. I know this means crawling is next, but I'm not ready! We have the standard baby-proofing items, like the outlet plugs and the latches for cupboards and drawers, but don't know what else we need to get. What kind of gates are the best? What do you do about cords and cables?
