Monday, 30 March 2015. Trying to find balance in a crazy world. Hello friends it's been awhile! I can't even begin to try to summarize all that has happened since I last blogged, so instead I'll start fresh with what's been going on with us Smiths lately! Lane turned 1 on the 1st! I cannot believe my baby is 1. A week before he turned 1 he was hospitalized with RSV. RSV. You suck! I cannot even imagine! These past days have been some of the hardest! I truly have felt that love and peace! Lane is so smart!

Monday, 10 December 2012. It was about a 7 hr flight plus we lost 3 hr in the time change. The DR airport was a breeze getting into and we found our bus in no time. Our supposedly 20 min bus ride turned into a 2hr bus ride. needless to say by the time we made it to our Beautiful resort we were exhausted! Our check in was awesome we were greeted with champagne and a cold towel and then were escorted to the excellence club and taken to our room. I felt like a celebrity! We were in paradise! Tuesday, 25 June 2013. Wow well its been a while since I've blogged so I decided I had better play some catch-up. Well I'm getting older! I turned 23 woo hoo lol It was a good birthday I celebrated the day of with Matt we went out to Twin butte for dinner and Matt spoiled me as always. The next day I celebrated with family and friends at The firestone and then went out dancing. Sunday I celebrated in Magrath with the fam! Here are some pics from my birthday celebrations! Biz and her Boys. Our life in pictures with a few words. Tuesday, April 7, 2015. These pictures are pretty much Laiken in a nut shell. We have had an interesting couple of months with him. Laiken is my manic child, because he can be so sweet, happy and kind but then he can be such a grumpy turkey sometimes. We are all working on helping the sweeter kinder Laiken come out more often. But other than that I swear he is just a normal 3 year old boy. Dahlin says Laiken is just like me, and maybe he is a little.

He smiles all the time and really likes to coo and laugh! We started him eating real food about 2 weeks ago, so far he has eaten rice cereal, bananas, avacodo, kiwi, yogurt, and potatoes. He hasn't really loved anything until today. He devoured his rice cereal. He also really loves to drink water! He travels like a champ!

Biz and her Boys. Our life in pictures with a few words. Monday, July 20, 2015. At 10 months he has 2 bottom teeth and 1 top tooth with the other one just about through. He is a good little teether, he gets a little fussy but nothing over the top. He sleeps like a champ at home, but doesn't do fantastic on the road. Which has put a little damper on our summer. But we are working through it. He takes one nap in the morning and one in the afternoon and goes to bed at 8:00. Posted by biz and dahlin.

The boys have gotten sick of waiting for it to get warmer out and so they decided to start skiing. We are normally skiing at Tie by this time but never before have we skied this early in our lakes. Riley and Kallie Sabey. He stole my heart, so I stole his last name! Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Doing the Nativity from the Bible. Santa brought the great-grandson's (minus Naylor) coal.
