No I haven’t fallen off the edge of the earth just walked to the edge and took a good look around. I am continuing to do really well out here in the real world. First of all I have been reading my F-list quite frequently even though I may not have responded hugs to you all. Exercising 4-5 times a week. Stopped drinking soft drinks except once a week as treat. Cutting down on salt. Clearance shopping 8 new shirts for $30 bucks. Working on the yard. The back deck got built. We inherited a salt water fish tank.
