It turned out to be our favorite trip we have been on. We didn't have a schedule of where we need to be or a time frame to get there. We have had a great summer but really happy to be home. It was full of reunions and reunions. Oh and Wes has taken the Bar! We are now waiting for the results to come in October. Thursday, October 13, 2011. To cure Chase's hunting blues we went salmon fishing on the Columbia River. We only had one salmon rod and then rigged up my trout rod and crossed our fingers it won't break! After a few hours we decided to switch rods with each other and before I knew it Chase's pole looked like a rainbow. He was using the trout rod and it looked like it was about to break in half! We were both so excited he caught the salmon and of course couldn't wait to have a great meal.

He didn't really care about crawling for awhile, and when he did figure something out it was not the normal crawl. It was more like a Tarzan scoot. Next step is walking right? Before they left we had Shawn and his family and Darcy and her kids come to dinner. My mom and I made porcupine meatballs for dinner. For the kids' plates we made caterpillars out of the meatballs. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. This cute girl is up for anything! If you have met her you know what I am talking about. She brings so much life and energy into our home for all of us. She is a movie lover and remembers the characters well. We were getting worried(not really) because she kept telling us that she wanted to marry the villains from all the movies.
