Your first disagreement was that hildren are not emotionally mature enough to handle the split-second decisions that are required in hunting. Your second disagreement was that children could not grasp the serious life or death decisions that are involved with hunting are often too hard for children to make.

Responsible adult: A child should be allowed to participate in wildlife hunting if they are accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult should be at least twenty-one years of age and a licensed hunter. The adult in this situation should also be of experience in this sport and completed safety courses prior to hunting with a minor.
