Sometimes painting is like a tongue between languages. I apply paint on the brush and let the paint make its way across the canvas to express subtle things, I ask questions that dont have answers. While working I am vulnerable and intuitive. Painting is a natural way for me to communicate. What happens when we push against dissonance: when life doesnt make sense or add up, when we see something we recognize, but we dont remember where it was, or what it was?
