When I know that someone is lying, or deceiving themselves, I will find it very difficult to sit by and let them carry on deceiving themselves. I have lost friends due to this. September 10, 2014. So, here I am. I’ve decided to jack in my job and go to Med school. People think I’m crazy because I’m 36, a single parent of 2 teenagers, have a responsible job with a fairly good salary etc. Why put myself through it? So now I have to start the academic aspect of my Med school journey from the very beginning. Year 1 (now)- GCSE maths (the 1994 one was a D) alongside an Access to HE course in Med/ Social care. Years 2 and 3 – Four A-levels. The long road to med school.
