Saturday, January 23, 2016. So I have neglected the page but I'm keeping up with my photo a day blog which is pretty good! Becca has turned two and now on to my 32nd (I know I'm admitting my age) in February! Can't wait. Also I am not doing great with sales on Jamberry but I am doing awesome and not quitting, those who know me, know if it doesn't work for me quickly I give up. I refuse to give up and I'm starting to talk to people. I'm moving slowly out of my comfort zone social wise! On to my photos!

Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Here are some awesome "random things from far away". It was a great holiday season. We fit three families into a small kitchen for Thanksgiving and had my parents visit during Christmas. There was plenty of sickness passed around to everyone, but all have survived. Thursday, July 17, 2014. So in about a half an hour my wonderful little nephew will undergo eye removal surgery. He is one tough little boy. The surgery will last about two hours and it is out patient, so he should be home later tonight. He is a fighter that little dude. Be in prayer for their family as the go over this hump. Sunday, 31 January 2010. How exciting is it to bring a TV gameshow into the classroom. I often play travel bingo or hangman with my learners in the classroom to assess learning and bring fun and enjoyment into the classroom but I find that the millionaire powerpoint game is a fantastic interactive resource for learners. The only down side to this powerpoint is that it is very time consuming to prepare, but once this has been done initially it can be adapted for future use. Breaking in law whilst teaching?

Review: The Hundred Lies of Lizzie Lovett, by Chelsea Sedoti. On January 12, 2017. I received a free digital copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in return for an honest review. This is the most annoying novel I have read, possibly ever! Overall, this was the sort of read that is going to stick with me for a long time to come.
