Humphrey Happenings: January 2015
http://tomangela.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 8, 2015. I have no idea how this little peanut could possibly be 1 year old today! But alas, it's true and he is certainly not a little peanut now! Drew and Elizabeth hosted his party a few days early. Tom was/is in the middle of a BIG quality crisis at work and wasn't going to be able to be there. However, our most wonderful daughter-in-law changed the time by several hours (which resulted in a change of menu) just so Pops wouldn't miss Langston's 1st birthday party! First Day of School.

Humphrey Happenings: March 2015
http://tomangela.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 29, 2015. Break, Butterflies and MM&DD. The boys had spring break this past week and we didn't have any big plans but Mom-mom and Dad-dad came on Thursday for a visit. We took them (and Brenna and Felicia) to the butterfly pavilion at White River Gardens. It's a beautiful, tranquil, warm place and we all enjoyed it immensely. There were several large owl butterflies that we could get very close to and one even landed on my leg. There are also lots of beautiful flowers. Monday, March 16, 2015.

Humphrey Happenings: November 2014
http://tomangela.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 29, 2014. Olivia says she is the Princess so I told her I am the Queen! She helped me dress appropriately. Ethan decided to get away from the chaos for a little alone time. O givng E a "horsey ride". Weather was beautiful so we took advantage and helped rake some leaves. Actually, Tom and Jeremy helped Troy while Lucas searched for treasures, Ian drove around and Grammy played with the little ones. What, exactly, is supposed to be fun about these leaves? O was hard at work, too! How is...

Humphrey Happenings: December 2014
http://tomangela.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2014. As usual, I get so wrapped up in the festivities that I don't take many pictures and the ones I do take aren't good. Nevertheless, here is a snapshot of our Christmas. My favorite part of Christmas decorating is hanging all these stockings and if you don't already know it, we will need space for another one next year! Drew and Elizabeth are expecting their 4th in July! Lucas says Army guys are serious and can't smile for pictures. The rest of the clan. We were blessed to have ...

Wednesday, June 24, 2015. The rest of the story. So, while we were at Lindsay and Troy's, getting ready for Troy's graduation, Drew texted to say that they were on their way to the hospital! He kept us updated throughout the evening and at 7:30 (about the time that Troy was giving his speech and on Aunt Lindsay's birthday,) Rynessa Chanelle entered the world! Here is the proud Daddy. And the smitten Grammy! Langston hanging out with Pops. Pops finally gets a turn. Brenna and her rock star mommy. We had t...

Humphrey Happenings: Happy Birthday, Elizabeth!
http://tomangela.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-birthday-elizabeth.html
Friday, May 22, 2015. Happy Birthday, Elizabeth! I don't even have words to say how thankful I am for this woman! In a world where it seems that many in-law relationships are less than good and in-law jokes abound, I am blessed with the perfect daughter-in-law. Not only is she a great daughter-in-law, a wonderful wife to our son, a patient and loving mommy, a follower of Jesus, but she is my friend. How very blessed am I? The rest of the pictures tell their own story. Happy Birthday, Elizabeth!

Mutterings from one lady trying to navigate marriage, motherhood, and life raising a special needs child.seeking to show 3 amazing kids Jesus while failing each day, but reassured with grace and mercy I'm right where The Creator wants me. Monday, May 12, 2014. From Where I Stand.Mother's Day. But this morning, I wonder where is the outcry for sensitivity for those mothers whose dream of motherhood was lost in a diagnosis? Or the mom who is having to feed her child trough a GI tube each day? The other nig...
