Intinya siy sama dengan resep chiffon yang biasa tetapi terigu nya diganti dengan tepung ketan dan tepung beras, untuk 100 gr terigu di ganti dengan 75 gr tepung beras dan 25 gr tepung ketan. Rasanya ya sama aja, besok2 pengen nyobain resep lain yang gluten free juga deh, keseringan makan yang berbahan terigu rupanya gak begitu bagus juga buat kesehatan.:). Links to this post. Satu ruas jahe, cincang kasar. 1 Balur cumi dengan lada dan sedikit garam, remas2. 2 celup cumi dalam kocokan telur, gulirkan dalam tepung beras, goreng hingga kekuningan. 3 Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum, masukkan saus tomat dan larutan tepung maizena, aduk rata.

Cara Buat ;. 1 Cuci bersih ikan gurame. 2 Haluskan bawang putih dan jahe, kemudian lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus, saus tiram dan saus teriyaki, tambahkan daun jeruk, aduk rata diamkan 15 menit. 3 ambil tusukan sate, tusuk ikan kemudian lumuri kecap, bakar sampai matang.
