Tuesday, May 3, 2011. What needs to be finished? I was getting a little frustrated with the lack of progress yesterday so I thought I would let the builders know what needed to done. Saturday, February 26, 2011. Stopped by this morning and noticed some guttering in the bin. I borrowed this for the future cubby development. The guttering at the front has been replaced with one with a hole at the right end. It looks like they even fixed the fall of the new guttering. Have a look at the paint line in the next photo. Saturday, January 29, 2011. Yesterday I phoned Romeo for an update on my queries and to get an idea how things are going. Our construction manager was in a meeting, so the receptionist organised for the site supervisor to call me. He called reasonably soon. I asked him about the sill bricks and he said he is organising for a brickie to come by and fix them up. Walk in Robe Shelving. Picture Rail in Master Bedroom. Skirting in Master Bedroom Robes. Cornices in kitchen and laundry and around man hole.

Thursday, March 31, 2011. One coat and I love it. Just got these emailed from her indoors:. The email was titled "Stinks but worth it". Links to this post. Stripes, sparks and bricks. Popped by last night to see the sparkies cleaning up and asked if we could have a look inside ;-). The first thing we saw was a stripy floor. The floor sander had been there. It's fantastic to see the floors being done as this puts us on schedule for a final inspection of the inside by some time next week. Links to this post.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Sill bricks and that door lining thing. As you can see the decking still hasn't been fixed onto our alfresco. I don't think that the brickie has added a nice enough slope onto the sill bricks. This may need to be mentioned and fixed up. I might give the SS a call tomorrow. Thursday, December 23, 2010. I received an email from the Construction Coordinator in response to my letter. The only response they could give was on the inclement weather days, 72 days. The contract allowed for 10 inclement weather days. That's an extra 2 months on top of an 11 month contract.
