Nurturing relationships - one delicious meal at a time! 10 for 5 Challenge. Tuesday, August 2, 2011. I mentioned in my last recipe posting of. Cold Cucumber Buttermilk Soup. So, when I tried this French Potato Salad, my tastebuds danced! It is very good - I highly recommend you try it. If you like the traditional potato salad, give this one a try too - it's a bit different, but well worth it! Original recipe by Lori Valenziano. 2 lbs combination of red and Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces.

The last several weeks, I've been testing out various stir fry recipes. I have never made stir fry before, but now I think I may be addicted to it. There are so many ways to have it - you basically just pick your meat (if desired) and the veggie possibilities are limitless! I found this recipe in my Williams-Sonoma cookbook, and it was so good! 2 T peanut or canola oil.
