I wish all my friends and my readers , a very happy Ganesh Chathurthi, one of my fav day in the whole year. Gulab jamun mix(I used MTR) - 250 gms. Milk - 1/2 cup, Luke warm. Cardamom powder - 2 generous pinch. Sugar - 4 cups. Water - 4 cups. Salt - a pinch. Rose water - 1/2 tsp(optional). Mix the milk with the mix powder and make a soft dough,do not knead. Kitchen Secrets and Snippets. Pretty much everything from my plateful. Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting - Just 4 cupcakes. For Vanilla Cupcakes: Yields 4 cupcakes. 2 egg whites @ room temperature. 4 tbsp. sugar, run in the mixer if it's crystal sized. 4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 2 tbsp. Milk. 1/2 cup cake flour (u may substitute AP flour). 1/2 tsp. of baking powder, heaped. 2 pinches of salt. Add in the flour mixture a little at a time and fold them gently.

Today recipe is very fast to prepare and everything will be done in 20 minutes.I am taking about the Instant rava Uttapam which i had prepared today for my breakfast.It is so so easy to prepare and it tasted very delicious.Here goes the recipe.
