A food blog filled with wonderful Indian recipes and cultural information. Mango: 1 (chopped it will yield 1 cup). Pineapple: 1 cup chopped. Ice: ½ cup. Candied ginger: 2 pieces. Combine orange juice, chopped pineapple, mango, ice and water and candied ginger in a blender; cover and blend until creamy. Labels: orange mango and ginger smoothie.

Unsalted butter: 3 tablespoon. Canola oil: ¼ cup/ 46g. Yogurt: 1/3cup (I used home made one). Baking soda: ¼ teaspoon. Salt: ¼ teaspoon. Orange Zest: 1 tablespoon.

Monday, May 31, 2010. Wheat flour - 1cup. Urad dal - 1 cup. Moong dal - 1 cup. GreenGram dal- 1 cup. Rice - 1 cup. Chana dal (optional) - 2tsp. Oil - just a little for frying the dosa. Sugar - 1tsp (optional just for some additional taste).
