In my EDUC 295 class (Teaching Critical and Creative Thinking), one of the first things I learned is that the teacher should make the class a safe space for thinking. This makes me wonder: Have I created that safe space? I feel like withering inside.

An existentialist curriculum does not even allow for collaborative activities for fear of losing the individual’s uniqueness!
