On the Gaia Path. Writing into relationship with the Divine Feminine a Barefoot Spirituality. These are well-known women or well-known to me who have brought the Divine Feminine up from Her depths using, in great part, Jung’s Psychology. While reading Marion is. New to me, I first read the works of the other three women. Years ago and look forward to refreshing my acquaintance. They all have published books and a variety of audio and/or video works. Thank you for sharing. Cancel reply. HolistiCARE –...

On the Gaia Path. Writing into relationship with the Divine Feminine a Barefoot Spirituality. She observes in stillness, but her head is tilted to the side, a state of curiosity in her witnessing so that I am not uncomfortable with a confrontational gaze, not unnerved by too intense a watchfulness. She is ancient angelic behemoth, swaying to celestial harp and earthly rhythmic drum, composing songs of pulsing heartbeat and twinkling embrace. To me, hearing me into a more powerful presence. Both were foun...

Desert Fire: Befriending the Monster in my Mind | on the Gaia Path

On the Gaia Path. Writing into relationship with the Divine Feminine a Barefoot Spirituality. Desert Fire: Befriending the Monster in my Mind. I’m please to share that Desert Fire. It is available in print and digital. And also on AMAZON.COM. Dogs, history, geography, archaeology, desert denizens, and writing therapy? You get Desert Fire. I could easily have spent another six to twelve months fine-tuning Desert Fire. But felt that its time has come to go out into the world just as it is. As sister-goddes...

A Scratch Behind the Ears (and other nice things): June 2013
http://ascratchbehindtheears.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 30, 2013. My coworkers most days are 4 footed furry ones. Lady and Katie never let me go to work alone. Every morning, we have the same routine. I brew my coffee, whip up a protein smoothie in the Ninja, and then announce "Okay girls, time to go to work! Then we all head to the office downstairs. They stay with me all day, leaving only when I need to go upstairs for a coffee refill or a bite of lunch. It's so cute how they follow me. And she says "Meow! But I wouldn't trade it for the world.

A Scratch Behind the Ears (and other nice things): April 2013
http://ascratchbehindtheears.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 12, 2013. April 12, 2013. I am sorry to share with all of Lucky's friends the sad and shocking news that he passed away this evening. He has been the picture of health and wellbeing - we walked 3 miles last night! And then without warning, this afternoon at around 5:15 pm he suddenly became ill. He wasn't acting like himself - oddly lethargic and he couldn't get up from the place where he'd been napping peacefully all afternoon. We took him to the vet, and by 8 pm he was gone. Of white peli...

On the Gaia Path. Writing into relationship with the Divine Feminine a Barefoot Spirituality. Gratitude Womb of Dark Moon. Gratitude is the heart of being born into a tribe of kindred spirits rather than one of blood, for this dance is a masquerade ball among smiles and capes, hugs and warm fur settling into the curves of my body, releasing into the peace of transparent presence formerly hidden. Only this. This entry was posted on February 17, 2015, in Uncategorized. April 24, 2015 at 12:45 pm. You are c...

Sunday, February 17, 2013. I Feel Like A Superhero! Those of you born after say, 1980, and those more technologically gifted than myself will likely find this incredibly amusing, but I have just CREATED MY VERY FIRST BLOGGER SLIDESHOW! It only took about two years to tackle, and a larger part of this day than I am willing to admit, but I did it! Or, well.I think I did. Maybe I better not start dancing on the table until after I hit "Publish" and check it out. Thursday, February 14, 2013. Will You Be Mine?

Thursday, January 17, 2013. Life With An Omnivore. I ask, does this look like food to you? Very good, that is the correct answer! Because it's NOT food. It's a pipe cleaner. This distinction is lost on our little scoundrel Katie, who insists on testing anything found on the floor for edibility. Thus I return to this blog in much the same way I left it, worrying about Katie having consumed something not meant to be consumed. And as far as two of the three dogs are concerned, one of the best treats ever?

A Scratch Behind the Ears (and other nice things): July 2013
http://ascratchbehindtheears.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 4, 2013. Happy 4th of July! Some fascinating Independence Day trivia from my friend Trip, who posted this on Facebook today. Check this out. Heres something interesting for you to share about this date in history: In a remarkable coincidence, both John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, the only signers of the Declaration of Independence later to serve as Presidents of the United States, died on the same day: July 4, 1826, which was the 50th anniversary of the Declaration. Did you know this?
