This is my new little one, Constantine. He is a rescue from the humane society. One and a half years old and adorable as can be. I realize that naming my cat Constantine is bit pretentious, but he’s my baby. He can be as pompous as he wants. I read a news article today that Senator Kennedy was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor. The same one which killed my mom almost four months ago. I guess there isn’t much to say after that, except of how common it is and how I wish no one else have to endure what I and so many other families had to endure. I spoke to a friend’s mother about depression today. She pointed out to me the symptoms my father has been showing. The projection of grief on top of other things. It’s not fair for him to treat him as he does, but I still feel terrible for leaving, even though for the first time in the longest time, I felt joy. I felt happy. It was such a stranger to me that I didn’t know what I was feeling at first. And now I feel like I am finally beginning to heal. I couldn’t heal around my dad, he made me ...I know ...
