Thursday, July 31, 2014. Rafting- Last day in Stanley. I was cold last night again. At least the girls slept well. This was the 'pack up and leave' day. So we got up, had breakfast, and started to pack up. We were in a hurry and a flurry and then by around 11:30am had gotten most of everything packed up. Friday, July 31, 2015. Last night, Dru and I headed up to the top of Bogus, to do a ride on our mt bikes that we've never done before. It's called 'Around the mountain'. It takes 40 mins to get to the trail head, talk about crappy, but we're glad we did. It was in the 90's (35 c) down in the 'lowlands' and so being up in the 'highlands' was way better. By the time we'd parked the car at the trail head our car said 75 (23c), which was great news. It would've been better with a 360 actually. Oh well. The l...

Saturday, June 27, 2015. So the fun continues in the Nakaya household. Masaru took himself fishing the other day. He took Dru's cruiser bike and packed up his fishing rod and gears and some water and went for a couple of hours. He didn't catch anything, but I think he had a good time.
