Kelly's Blog (:. November 26, 2010 1 Comment. Is a 12 minute news program for teens broadcast via satellite to middle schools and high schools across the United States. Channel One is owned by Alloy Media Marketing and based in New York City. If I were to run a news program for school I would want it to be exciting and interesting for students to watch. I would want the atmosphere of the program to be causal and chilled but still humorous and fun. It would be school based as well as outside school things.
