Saturday, November 22, 2014. The sucker bait is working. A couple of weeks ago I went see my friend Jensen from high school who is touring with the Broadway musical. Joseph has been doing really well with #2 potty training since I started bribing him with suckers last week. He hasn’t had an accident in almost two weeks! Sunday, March 1, 2015. We played a little bit in the snow on Saturday and Jason built a sledding track and Joseph rode on my old cookie sheets. He loved it. Then we watched Finding Nemo and had leftover chili for dinner. That night Jason and I watched Gifted Hands on Netflix. Sunday, April 19, 2015. We did our Easter baskets about a week late and I decided to go with healthy treats this year (turns out it's a lot more expensive that way). Jason got a bag of honey roasted cashews, I got a bag of roasted almonds, and the kids got big bags of craisins. They also got two Thomas pull trains and some books about numbers and colors (everything came from Aldi, I LOVE that store). Friday night we watched Maleficent from Redbox. It was pretty good and I liked the new story line.

Wednesday, September 21, 2011. I just found out that a good friend I work with has cancer again. We will call her Kim. She ='s in her early 30's and is not married and has not yet had kids. She's battled cervical cancer for about 7 years on and off. The bad part is the more she fights it, the less likely it is that she will be able to have kids. It got my wheels turning. Sunday, August 21, 2011. It's been a while since I've posted. time flies when you're having fun! His health is good. He has bounced back wonderfully, and we are so grateful and happy with life right now. Once again, we live in 3 month cycles. As we await scans every three months, we have a chance to breathe and enjoy healthy life. Here are some things we've been up to! 4th of July in our matching shirts. Dan loves to match! Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Look Ma, No Hands! We have an announcement! After 2 1/2 years of walking with some sort of assistance (via crutches or a cane) . Dan is now walking like a big boy again! I realize most blog postings about walking center around 9-12 month old babies, but for us this is a big feat. Here's proof:.
