Getting to Edmonton before I leave Houston. A record of a very very long swim for a poor swimmer. Friday, October 23, 2015. Week 32 - is it? I am not sure. Saturday 17th October when I swam 30 lengths. Monday 19th October, as the voters of Canada try to unseat the Progressive Conservatives, I swam 40 lengths. Wednesday 21st October - 50 lengths. Thursday 22nd October - 50 lengths. Friday 23rd October - 40 lengths (well I did do 50 yesterday a walk of maybe 4 miles). Total for week 2.1km. Here is the house.

Getting to Edmonton before I leave Houston. A record of a very very long swim for a poor swimmer. Thursday, October 15, 2015. This lengthy (in years and km) swim is now called getting to Edmonton before I leave Houston. How wonderful life is. How lucky I am . I now live a short (if hot and humid) walk from a lovely pool. Even more beautiful than north Glenmore's. Memorial Athletic Club I think it is called - MAC for short. 30 lengths Monday 7 Oct. 40 lengths Tuesday 8 Oct. 30 lengths Saturday 10 Oct.

Getting to Edmonton before I leave Houston. A record of a very very long swim for a poor swimmer. Monday, December 7, 2015. Tuesday 50 lengths - I swam indoors and it was just tooooooo hot. The indoor pool was at 87 and the outdoor was 78 - that is a big difference and not the recommended temperature for a pool. That's all - John had a flex day and we enjoy outings. so no swimming. Plus it was pretty chilly. Total this week 140 lengths = 140 x 25 = 3,500km. I am now at 207.9km Here:-.

Well done Al. Sunday, November 8, 2009. Aliya has worked with Aquarelle crayons and inspiration derived from a wonderful book - Thank you Pily. then a day later Aliya and I had a go with the crayons and a box of Quality Street! Dear diary what a day it's been. Monday, November 1, 2010. Spider-witch and friends before the witching hour. This guy told them to clear off - and leave the candy for the other kids! Nice photo showing off hair extensions that took me the whole of the first period of the Flames game to put in, on Thursday, for the school's fancy dress time on Friday - and then again on Sunday. She has found an interest that involves standing in a long room in winter (in Spring I hope she will be outdoors). The long room houses some excellent taxidermy. bison, deer, even a cougar. and there she does this. And sometimes she does this. Watch the action movie. Monday, January 7, 2013. It's a new year 2013.
