Time spent together is time well spent. Been doing some running. In August, me and Craig ran Conquer the Gauntlet with some of his friends from work. It was 4 miles and 25 obstacles. It was hard, a little intense, but fun! In October, was the Woolaroc 8K run which is always a "fun" challenge. The weather temp was perfect and luckily it stopped raining at the last minute. I beat my personal record and finished with a 47:50 time which I was thrilled about! It was a great run! Kelsey, Todd, Craig, and me).

Time spent together is time well spent. Summer Vacation Part 4. My parents were so kind to get a resort for us all to stay at. Time spent together is time well spent. 1st day of school. The kids seemed excited about the first day of school. It's funny though the different reactions I got from them this week. On Monday, I mentioned that we only had 3 more days of summer before school started and Austin's response was a scowl with an "awww". Time spent together is time well spent. The kids have been busy learning in school but also having some fun. Mikayla's class took a field trip to the fire station. They participated in the Walk-A-Thon. Austin was "all work and no play" and ran 22 laps this year.. Austin with his friend Braxton. Mikayla ran 13 laps while holding hands with her friend Garima.. Hat day at school. And while the kids are at school all day, me and Brooklyn get to hang out together at home. Wouldn't have it any other way!
