My "Excellent Adventure" all began January 2010! I was checked into the hospital for the second time with pnuemonia, the first time was in November. I was in the worst shape of my life and continued to get sick. I was at 390 pounds and miserable. My whole adult life I have weighed between 300-350 pounds. I no longer just want to lose some weight and feel better(been there done that),This time I finally CHANGED MY MINDSET...I WANT TO BE AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE AND CHANGE MY LIFE FOREVER!

Monday, November 29, 2010. As the old saying goes. Failing to Plan, is planning to fail! I know that sounds soooo cliche', but the longer I live the more I realize that all these goofy sayings became popular for a reason, THEY'RE TRUE! I am happy to report that is exactly what happened! NO pie.NO Stuffing.NO potatoes! I know I know I'm amazing.I have more willpower than a 6 year old on his 20th trip up the sledding hill. OH WAIT.the bad stuff is coming!
