KK6JYT is the callsign that was assigned to me when I received my Technician license on 02/24/2014. I was lucky enough to pass the exam the first time. HamTestOnline. Is a great website that I used to study for the exam. Currently, I am studying for General license using HamTestOnline. My very first transceiver was a Baofeng UV-5RA. After passing the Technician Exam, I then got a Yaesu FT-7900 Dual Band Transceiver. I interfaced it to an IRLP board and was immediately addicted to VoIP internet linking.
