Saturday, May 26, 2012. Happy 3 day weekend. So as a single parent a 3 day weekend is LONG! I love Kadence to death but it is exhausting. Sunday, June 7, 2015. Texas is Hot, Hot, Hot! So the last few days it has been 90 plus everyday. It is a scorcher. I forgot about these hot summer days and this is nothing yet. We get in the hundreds in July which is hard to believe. Leslie snuggling with Harper. Yes it is hot out, but she sleeps in fleece since my hormones are out of control and I sweat all night. Sunday, August 9, 2015. We got him other balloons but as I was feeding Harper, 2 popped. And when I was trying to get them out of the bag one flew away. I just laugh because I am trying to do so much, so things often go wrong. This afternoon we headed to Whitney Place for a visit with Anne and the kids. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. The only constant is change. So I guess the only constant is change, and we can only move forward. So the house will be gone in a few weeks, I am packing up, and it is so emotional. I did decide that I am going to be a minimalist. Less is more, and no more buying crap.
