Zach and zoe have started on solids and seem to love it.some things noticeably more than others. we're introducing one new food a week, so thus far, they've had rice cereal, avocado, sweet potato and oatmeal. their hands down fave is sweet potato! I've got some carrots actually steaming as i write this, so that'll be the food of the week. He is just the sweetest thing.always smiling and so patient! Might i add he's our thumbsucker.the boy loves his thumb! As lin likes to call her, she's our "supergirl!

The Joy of Our Chaos. Saturday, July 3, 2010. So, as anyone who reads this blog knows, I am completely tennis obsessed. I love to watch it, play it, read about it - it is my thing, it keeps me happy and sane (Mommies, don't we all need something just for us that keeps us happy and sane? Keira's 4 month checkup. Keira checked in at 26" long, 19 lbs 5 oz and 17.5" head circumference. that puts her in the 96th, 100th and 99th percentiles respectively! Needless to say, our baby girl is thriving! She got two shots and an oral vaccine and was not very happy about it. doc was very happy with her progress and we are to be on the lookout for her showing signs of interest in food.once that begins, rice cereal it is! Mommy and daddy's sonoma getaway. We had two full days of wine tastings and squeezed in almost nine wineries i believe. My goodness.where has the time gone? Zach and zoe are already six months old! We went for their check-up on friday and got a big thumbs up! Zachary is now 27 1/4" and 21 lbs 4 oz and zoe is 26" and 17 lbs. yes.i have big babies! Just that much more to love, right? In all seriousness though.they are doing great! Zachary (age 5) : He had scraped his leg at Westside and I cleaned him up and bandaged him up when we got home. When i was through, he gave me a hug and said, "Mommy, thank you for taking my ouchies away." Bestill my beating heart.i just melted! Zoe (age 5): Mother's Day. Three months have flown right on by and the babies went in for their nine month check up friday. here's the latest. Zach is 25 lbs and 30 1/4 inches long.95th percentile for both weight and length. Zoe is 19 lbs 14 oz and 29 inches long.75th percentile for weight and 90th for length. As you can tell, my babies are not deprived when it comes to food!
