Holly's Hobbie: Good For My Tummy
http://hollyshobbie.blogspot.com/2012/08/good-for-my-tummy.html
Monday, August 6, 2012. Good For My Tummy. So it's summer and it's been busy! Some days we have been busy doing as little as possible! I've tried to balance the fun "go and do stuff" with the lets stay at home and chill stuff this summer! It's been a good summer, and I'm so very sad to see that it's almost over. Second grade looms on the horizon and Avery's last year of preschool starts just after Labor Day. Sad. I wanted to share a few new recipes we've been trying out over here! 1/3 cup frozen (or fres...

Holly's Hobbie: Friday Eve
http://hollyshobbie.blogspot.com/2012/05/friday-eve.html
Thursday, May 24, 2012. That's what I'm calling today. Not because it was a bad day, because it wasn't, it was actually good, but because tomorrow is Friday, and that's even better! So tomorrow will be fun for her as she starts her summer! And Friday is Luke's last day for this week, and after tomorrow only 4 DAYS LEFT! Today I'm jumping up and down for joy at the prospect of the end of the year. Check back in about 2 weeks and ask me how I feel about it then! And they are keeping them overnight! It's a ...

Holly's Hobbie: My Story
http://hollyshobbie.blogspot.com/2012/06/my-story.html
Monday, June 4, 2012. I’ll spear you my entire life story. I mean it’s a blog, not a book. But I wanted to share where I am coming from. You see, I’m going to start a mini-series of sorts, here on my blog about health, wellness, eating right, exercise, and the “church” and how all of those things go together. Plus it was different types of workouts so I was getting a variety! Calories in verses calories out. So all I had to do was to cook meals that were low in calories! And we were off. This was us at m...

Holly's Hobbie: Summer/Fall Reading
http://hollyshobbie.blogspot.com/2012/08/summerfall-reading.html
Tuesday, August 7, 2012. I love finding fun crafts to do with the kids, and I love the long days of sunshine, grilling on the back deck and sitting outside in the evenings. I just LOVE SUMMER! I also like summer, because as a general rule, I get more time to read. I’ve read a couple of good books this summer and have very much enjoyed the fact that my kids are big enough and good enough swimmers that I can sit in the chair next to the pool and read while I watch them play together! They do an amazing job...

Holly's Hobbie: God's Body?
http://hollyshobbie.blogspot.com/2012/06/gods-body.html
Wednesday, June 13, 2012. This is kinda long! Do you think you’re a good steward of the things God has given you? You try to take care of those things right? Do what you think God wants you to do with them right? Spend wisely. Raise your children to love the Lord and love others. Use your talents to glorify God, even bring people to Him. Sure. Of course. So what about your body? Is that a gift from God too? Something for you to take care of? Or is it just what you got, and what can you do about it? About...
