My Weight Loss Journey. January 15, 2012. So although I have been on my journey for weight loss since September 2010 I feel like I have been finding out who I am now. I have finally realized that this journey is a reflection of my life. That every time I lose weight it brings me back to the last time I was that weight. I have found that I suppressed a lot of why I became over weight. There’s nothing like meeting your challenge head on and then learning from it and growing as a person. December 10, 2011.
