I'm pretty sure it has something to do with how much we in the West, or at least in America, focus more time and energy on entertainment than on anything of lasting value. I can never decide if agree with this premise or not. My question is, how true are these statements about real Americans? So, are we really amusing ourselves to death? Powered by LiveJournal.com. I have a Wii! It was meant to be. :-). A) I decided on Fri nite that I was going to use part of my stimulus check to treat myself to a Wii. B) I actually got up at 9 am on a Sun morning and was out running errands by 10 am. C) I walked into Best Buy to use my rewards zone gift card and was greeted by a Best Buy employee asking me if I was interested in a Wii. Of course! So I have a Wii. It's all hooked up and ready to go. (Sorry Badger99, no Guitar Hero yet.).

Sunday, November 02, 2008. Aaargh, thar be pirates doin' a jig. 160;I can't even venture a guess. All in all it was fun night that didn't even go late cuz we're all getting old. Sad, but true. It kicked off a weekend of fun times with my sister and in the end I liked Halloween more than ever before. Till next year when I try to be a 1940's screen star again. OkI'm dying to see the video.please, please, please post it on your facebook page! This was Gideon's third year being a pirate! I Miss These Blogs.

Friday, November 16, 2007. Where have I been? Has it really been since 1 October since I wrote something? Wow I’m disappointed in myself. Monday, March 10, 2008. This is one of my former 4th graders- Vander Blue. He's had quite the season and he's only a sophomore.
