CD - Impressions from Odessa. Bild av hela ensemblen. Fem rutinerade malmömusiker med rötter i klassisk, jazz och folkmusik strålar här samman i klezmer. I gruppen ryms både teknisk briljans och musikalisk uttrycksfullhet, grundpelarna i klezmer. Gruppen bygger sin repertoar på traditionella melodier och danser, freilech, hora, bulgar, dojna, ser, nign, skoçne. En stor del av repertoaren härstammar från Odessa, som i början av seklet var ett centrum för judisk musik. Medlemmarna i Kapell Klezmorim.

Упражнения называется - Шавасана [Поза трупа] и ниже я дам два описания его выполнения - простое и сложное. 0Время выполнения 4-15 мин. 1 Лечь на спину. 2 Расслабить вначале психику, потом - ноги, туловище, руки, голову. 3 Дать мысленному потоку иссякнуть и сказав себе :Самая последняя мышца в моём теле расслаблена- я отдыхаю - отдыхать, слушая биение сердца и наслаждаться абсолютным и полным отдыхом дарющим новые силы.
