Around this time of year, I find myself tempted and tested with a plethora of goodies at holiday gatherings! I tell ya, my dad has blessed me with the “sweet tooth” gene, so its hard to resist. After days in a sugar coma, you’d think I would (or anyone for that matter) refrain from possibly eating one more sweet thing! A friend told me once that she sips on Swiss Miss no-sugar added.
