Wednesday, March 23, 2011. One morning while I was trying to figure out what to have for breakfast I thought 'oatmeal'. Never before have I even cared to even try making my own out of dry oatmeal, it's amazing what you'll try when you are starving. It wasn't too bad- I just had to put in a ton of brown sugar. Friday, November 13, 2009. Here are two different shots of our little Trick or Treaters, Kiera is a witch, Mason is a Ninja Skeleton, Haylee is a ballerina Dragon, and Kaden is Bob the Builder. Saturday, November 7, 2009. The kids decorated their pumpkins for a contest at school. After all of the students voted and picked their favorite pumpkin for 7 different catagories. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Mason and Kiera starring in their 2nd play: Oliver! They did such a great job, I am so proud of them. There were many long hours of practice and my kids shone! Here are some of the MANY pictures I took: Mason hammed up every song and role he played. He always looked like he was having a blast! My wonderful dancer Kiera. Friday, April 8, 2011. Last year for April Fool's Day Kiera switched the bags of cereal around in different boxes. so when Frosted Flakes came out of the Lucky Charms box the kids were very surprised! It's a little hard to see but here is our 'cake' complete with decorative piping around the edges. Shepherd's pie in the middle). Our 'pizza'- yellow cake with red frosting and laffy taffy cheese and pepperoni. The kids LOVED this dinner! It was so fun to see them get so excited. Saving Cent By Cent.

Our neighbors, the Beans, came with us, they had the boat and kayak, we had the 4-wheelers. We enjoyed playing in the sand, eating, and spending time together. Monday, August 10, 2009. Monday, March 23, 2009. Tabitha - What a Sweetie! This was the first time we saw Tabitha, she was born on December 14th. We just couldn't get enough, she is such a sweatheart! I love her blue eyes, all of my kids have beautiful brown eyes so when I see all of my nieces and nephews (all with blue eyes) I just can't get enough of them, I love it! Mark gets Tabitha's stamp of approval (look at his shoulder). WE LOVE YOU GUYS! Gave the talk on Baptism, it was so hard to get through, I cried way too much!

Thursday, March 24, 2011. Mason wanted to have a Star Wars party this year, we ended up using our church because we did not have enough space for the boys to to go wielding light sabers. I made the boys a Jedi robe and used the swimming noodles with pvc pipe in the middle for the light sabers. Jedi Master Mar Kal En is teaching them defensive skills, here he is testing them on what was taught. Here they are practicing their agility and coordination with their light sabers.
