Friday, August 30, 2013. 65292; 栏名: 巾幗亮剑. 对于很多毕业学生来说，参不参与校友会其实没有什么大不了。校友会这类组织基本上只有付出，特別是金钱和精神，如果要找「好处」应该很难。 我本身是南开华小及新纪元学院的校友会会员。由于平日繁忙，一般都没参与其活动，不过每一年的会员大会我都会出席，尽一位会员的责任，也以行动表示支持。 很遗憾的是，虽然这两所学校和学院的校友眾多，但是每次会员大会的出席者只是超过基本的法定人数。出席者大部分也只是带著联谊的心態，见见旧同学而已。很多时候为凑足法定人数，主席或理事必需出钱请客到酒楼用餐，以用餐为主，开会为次的方法召开一年一度的会员大会。 校友会的章程都有把发展学校列入宗旨里面，可惜大部分成员都把发展学校看成是兴建校舍而已，所以每个人一听到校友会自然而然会想到捐钱。当上理事，特別是主席的往往要確保本身有一些资源，不然更加別想带动校友会。 Saturday, August 17, 2013. 会长：黄渼沄 副会长：王声宾. 秘书：张溦紟 副秘书：洪明荣. 8212;—...

Wednesday, September 25, 2013. 年历史的精武校地，作为官商发展蓝图的用途，兴建文化部的“文化遗产城”和餐馆。 由国阵政府和发展商意志为优先和主导的发展计划，已先后让苏丹街等周边店屋及相连街道成为捷运计划下的牺牲品，如今半山芭精武校地也继续成为旅游及文化部下虎视眈眈的目标，希望征地成为文化遗产城办公楼。 尽管民间反弹声音激烈，国阵政府仍奉行官商共谋，多次执意征求民间土地，纳兹里甚至试图以土地所有权来合理化征求之举，不惜动用国家机器和法律来对付精武学校。这种官商至上的狭隘发展模式，企图干预在地教育和社区既有的关系和发展，摧毁的不只是可见的建筑物，还包括蕴藏其中的社群关系和集体记忆。 旅游与文化部受促严肃检讨国家对于文化、历史和旅游的定义和准则，不应一厢情愿以官方的标准强行外加予社会，而排除文化和历史原来拥有丰富多元的面向，尤其应该容纳了庶民与在地活生生的声音。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Tuesday, December 13, 2011. 新纪元学院校友会对于董教总教育中心于12月12日的文告突现出“出资人”权力，无视管理新院的最高原则，深感失望。本会强调校友会副会长李仕强所发出的文告，都是经过校友会内部集体的决定，但董教总却把校友会对于院长遴选的问题归为个人议程，实为不妥。 细看董教总教育中心引述新纪元学院管理规章来证成自身拥有任免历届新院院长的绝对权力，即会发现那些规章恰好揭露的是董教总董事部仍以自己为最佳院长人选决策者居之，全然以“出资人”高姿态逾过理事会的权力。 相 反的，校友会不断地呼吁与提醒董事部勿越俎代庖遴选院长，按照规章与程序，应由理事会去组成院长遴选委员会，董事部与理事会的角色都是协助促成院长遴选委 员会，以确保遴选制度的有效性与正当性。然而，目前的情形是董事部直接越过理事会成立遴选委员会的程序，并要求理事会接纳与通过院长人选，罔顾其他理事会 成员的意见。 郭全强主席前十年提出的目标，我们必须扪心自问：我们做到了吗？然而，我们看到的是董教总董事部似是...院方和董事部应该认清新纪元学院在马来西亚公立和私立...
