Just another WordPress.com site. Newer posts →. January 22, 2011. Finally, at 7 we went down the road to a restaurant where we had dinner. It was a decent spinach (I think? And some chicken dish. Kate and I split a half a bottle of wine to start off our trip. We stayed there till about 9. The group then wondered back where we all processed to pass out and try to sleep off some jet lag. This week I was gone Wednesday – Sunday exploring the Netherlands… This post will NOT be family friendly in some portions. The OPCW was our first place to visit where we learned about the international process for eliminating chemical weapons. I’ll be forward here and say that while I love the topic, the presentation was about as exciting as watching paint dry. The photo explains for itself.

I had a short history lesson of Belgium than our professor gave us a tour of the campus. After that some of us had lunch at a restaurant. I then went to purchase a phone card and return to Stokkel (the closest town to the house) to walk around and see the stores. Nothing too interesting there except a grocery store.
