Saturday, December 10, 2011. I used to love Heath bars! Since I don't eat chocolate anymore I haven't had one in over five years. I got a recipe email for English Toffee. Earlier this week. I had a great idea! I decided to make it with butterscotch chips instead of chocolate. YUM! I made it for a party. I am not sure between everyone in our house if there will be any left by 5 today! 1 bag butterscotch chips. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Dessert - Ice Cream.

Slow Cooker Smoky Corn Chowder. 6 ears fresh corn, sliced from cob. 1 bag frozen hashbrowns. 1 can vegetable stock. 1 can evaporated milk. 1 can fire roasted green chiles. 1 tsp smoked sea salt. 1/2 tsp smoked spanish. 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper. 8 oz block gruyere. Combine above ingredients in slow cooker (everything but cheese) Cook on high 3 hours, puree using an immersion blender. Cook on low 2 more hours. Add cheese during last 1 hour of cooking if desired.

Sunday, April 15, 2012. Reagan is still wearing size 12 months, some 12-18 months. She has started wearing her fun summer clothes, which I LOVE! Now if we can just keep her cute sandals on. She weighs 22 lbs and is around 29 inches or so. She has become a pro at crawling. She has gotten so fast, I almost have to run to keep up with her. She even laughs sometimes as she is crawling away. Chad says she got that from him. She loves baby goldfish! Thank you LG for letting Reagan try some of your goldfish.
