Tuesday, July 25, 2006. I am going on vacation! I will leave tommorrow for about 10 days on the west coast to visit Eman's parents and their new house. :) I can't wait. I am just packing up and leaving. I will not be reading, writing or thinking about science, the lab, future experiments, follow up adjustments, my prospecuts or anything else. Yay! Monday, September 25, 2006. That was the sound I awoke to this morning. It is my upstairs neighbor's air conditioner which sits right outside my window. I can't believe they still have the air on, it was around 40 some degrees out so it isn't really necesarry! Try opening a window! But the decor was less than desirable. Saturday, April 29, 2006. Last night my friend threw a small get together w/ lost of great cheeses and everybody brought different wines. It was a lot of fun to just relax and hand out and sample the wines and cheeses. Yum! I think it was a much needed stress reliever for quite a few of us female grad students. Monday, February 27, 2006. I finished grading my 100 papers only to collect 60 new ones today in section to grade Boo! Once the undergrads are trained that should help somewhat but in the meantime I have to keep giving up my time to deal with them. I also need to do another lesion surgery so I can double check my coordinates and then do the rest of them (if my coordinates are right). Wednesday, March 29, 2006. This weekend I went to visit my future inlaws who are moving to the west coast in April. Eman and I had a pleasant visit and we got to take his Dad to a local brew pub and refill our growler, with the IPA, which Eman very much enjoys! Oh well I hope it gets better fast. Wednesday, December 28, 2005. I'm taking a break from work. I'm back and working on taking ROIs boy are those tedious! I spent Christmas w/ my future in laws and had a relaxing time. However, I went out to sort of a mini reunion party last Friday and had some wine sneak up on me! Monday, January 30, 2006. Today was a busy day. We got our new specimans for the lab, I taught two of my sections, ran some sessions in the afternoon and then worked on this presentation for tommorrows class.
