Friday, November 14, 2008. This has really been a happy time for our family, even with having to adjust to a few things. I am so grateful that I can be a mother and experience all of these things! Thursday, November 6, 2008. The baby is here! Thomas John Allen was born on November 4, 2008 at 4:07 am He weighed 8 lbs. 9 oz. and was 21 inches long. He is so sweet and has a head full of black hair. He is wonderful! I can't believe we have 3 kids! Sunday, November 2, 2008. Any time now would be good.

Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Surround Yourself with Greatness. So, Caleb has been reading this book given to him by Grandpa Wagner on his baptism day. Kent had already read the book, but Caleb now has his own copy. Well, he was reading it this afternoon in the car and comes to this part and says, "I wish I could be like that". He then read what he thought was pretty cool about Chad Lewis. This is during the time when Chad's father was in the hospital, right before his mission.

Saturday, September 12, 2009. Utah Idaho Part 2. Our Utah/Idaho trip was at the first of June. We left Utah and headed to Rigby, Idaho, where my mom lives. It is beautiful there - we don't see that much green down in our desert! It was so much fun to just be outside a lot of the time and enjoy time with Grandma! The kids love riding their bikes in Grandma's neighborhood and the endless open space! Thomas learned to crawl on this trip and quickly found his way to the stairs! For Time and Eternity.

Monday, December 28, 2009. Uh Ohbusted leg Meg. The picture says it all. Poor little thing broke her leg while trying to reach the light switch from her crib (she likes to turn it on and off). She usually is quite adept at defying gravity, but not this particular Sunday.almost two weeks until Christmas, great timing! I cant believe how well she has adapted to that. way to go meg! Monday, June 29, 2009. Derek raced in this year's Salem Triathlon on May 30. It is a fun race to go do because Salem is so close to where Derek's parents live and it is beautiful in the spring! Last years race got rained out so this year we were hoping for great weather and we got it! It was a beautiful morning for the race and Derek did well! We (I) were happy that he wasn't ailing for very long afterward! It's no fun to hear whining over self inflicted pain! Way to go Derek! We are proud of you!

Monday, February 8, 2010. My First Post-Middle School Race. My friends and I ran the "Frosty Four miler" on Saturday. I finished in 39 min. and 28 sec. It was fun, I am glad that Kelli invited me to go. Monday, February 1, 2010. Meg and her favorite things. Pooh Bear: $10 Disneyland's Pooh Cornor Shop. She Loves her Pooh bear.
