Thursday, January 15, 2015. Last night while at Institute, a friend made the point that perhaps these trials and these challenges are only preparing me for marriage. Once married, I will have somebody by my side 24/7. As I look back upon even my experience in Switzerland, I made a list of things that I learned while there. Sunday, September 1, 2013. Weekend at Deer Valley. Their energy was amazing and it was so much fun to sing and dance the night away. After an eventful start to the evening, once we actually got into the concert we were so glad that we stuck it out. We all agreed that it was one of the best shows we had ever been to and we loved every minute of it. Embracing the hilarity of our situation. Hot chocolate in August never tasted so good. Saturday, November 17, 2012. Bit by the reading bug. A few months ago my co-worker recommended a series that her and my other co-worker love. I was a little skeptical because they are "mormon books". She brought the first one for me to borrow and I have been completely hooked. Good thing there are like 20 books. Last night I sat down to continue reading one that I was about half way through and before I knew it I was done! I had been reading for hours. Hours! Your book group loving mother loves this post!
