Made some nachos in the afternoon as I was starving. Fat free smoothie. Salad and a chicken fajita wrap. Historically when I start getting around 200, it's gotten dicey but I think the weight training i definitely helping. I'm not feeling lightheaded or weak. March 17, 2018.
