This is a music blog.if you couldn't tell. Sunday, October 29, 2006. How much does Halloween cost? As many local record stores begin to push attendance for Halloween shows, I have to wonder a few things:. It would seem sensible to help promote local businesses, but after a point, does it become a gang? As a record store, are you expected, in turn, to get business from people in venues you support? Which places make the cut? I have to wonder who is really getting sliced this Halloween. I rest my case.
