It's not yucks, It's just YUM! Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Lemon Poppy Seed Cake. 1 lemon cake mix. 1 (34) instant vanilla pudding mix. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup poppy seeds. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat on low for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds. Transfer to a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes. 2 cup confectioners' sugar. 2 TBL lemon juice. PS: Jaime I'm sure this would work just fine as a bundt cake.
