Wednesday, March 21, 2012. We haven't had a stellar snow season this year, but that didn't stop us from going skiing! Had to celebrate, of course, since I LOVE pie. This year, I made mini chocolate cream pies in these cute blue ramekins I got a while ago. They turned out really yummy! I love pi day. C and I had a fun little beauty night. She bought a fun new purple nail polish. Its the color of the season! I think that C liked it more than I did.but it still turned out kinda cool. Outside it is so nice!

It's about time . . . This blog has been neglected far too long! This is my first post of 2014 and it's August. Oh, dear. This secretary desk was a maple color with brass hardware (no before photo). We decided to paint it a light neutral grey. We decided to put it on the empty wall in the dining area and it is a perfect spot for me to sew at and do projects. Tim has become quite the handyman. This post was started when I was 33 weeks and now I'm 39 weeks. So, yeah, we are super close to meeting baby girl! Baby girl is growing and so is my belly! Looking at my last post compared to these pictures, it is crazy to see how much bigger my belly looks. I was measuring big at my last appointment, like 2 weeks ahead. I asked the doctor if that meant we could anticipate an early arrival from baby girl. He said no, just expect a big baby! I guess we'll wait and see, we just want her to be healthy!

Saturday, September 1, 2012. During the last part of July I got to go home for a few weeks before summer officially ended for me.it was a great trip. I love being home, and getting to see this every day. While I was there, M and D had gotten two boxes of cherries. Monday, January 23, 2012. Overall, the wreath process was not hard. The hardest part was making the flowers, and it was not that they were hard - it was that there was so many of them to make. Monday, July 23, 2012. Movin in and movin up. The first and middle part of June was dedicated to helping C and P move into the new fancy house. Along with that came remodeling the new fancy so that they could live in it. The whole fam came up for 2 weeks and we worked like crazy on the house. We had lots of fun, tiring days. It was a busy and fun fall! Here are some photos from October, in no particular order :). Hadley likes to play catch. She was sick for about a week in October with a cold and this was the first day she started to act more herself. It's always so sad when babies get sick! A good friend of mine had 2 gift certificates to a day spa and invited me to go. They were going to expire in a few days and there was no way I was going to allow them to go to waste! I didn't realize I was a fan of massages but I am :).
