Knit, cook and enjoy! A wonderful traditional cake with a Jubilee twist. Perfect with the limited edition Easyknits.co.uk jubilee yarn! 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract. 3-5 Tbs. raspberry jam. Red and blue food colouring. 1 Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 or 200C. 2 Grease and line 2 sandwich tins. 3 Mix all the ingredients (except the blueberries) together until light and fluffy. 4 Stir in the blueberries. 5 Equally divide the mixture between the two sandwich tins. 6 Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
