At its heart knitting is play. August 12th, 2009. FO's and what's on the needles. There are two more FO’s to talk about, Terri’s Devil Hat and her Sheldon. When I showed Terri the horns for this pattern she said they were way too big. So I knew she had small points in mind. So rather than using the whole horn pattern, I just used the tips. It worked better than I could have thought. I grafted the horns onto the hat and Ta Da! The best part about this project was finding that yarn! December 13th, 2008.

Rambling through knitting and life. Saturday, October 10, 2015. This morning I woke up at 6:30, my cat doing his dance on my chest not knowing that it was Saturday and I didn't have to get up like usual. But I was already awake anyway, and so got up after the obligatory cat snuggles. The sun rises at 7 this time of year. I had a cup of tea, everything ready to go and I started casting on. Remember when I said deep purple yarn? It was the perfect light to see this deeply dyed yarn and work the beginning.
