KnitnTeach: August 2014
http://knitnteach.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
A collection of random thoughts on life, knitting, teaching, spirituality, just about anything that occurs to me. Saturday, August 30, 2014. I got flat-topped desk-sized tables for my room. So there's been a lot of excitement and a lot of angst this year. The schedule is probably the most angst-producing factor in our back-to-school anxiety. We are following a 6 day schedule rotation, and not one day is the same! And each of the 3 grade levels in the building has a different rotation of subjects. Despite ...

http://knitnteach.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
A collection of random thoughts on life, knitting, teaching, spirituality, just about anything that occurs to me. Monday, December 22, 2014. Signs of the Times. I haven't posted much at all this year. Not because I have nothing to say but more because I have a lot to say, but haven't felt that this was the place to say it. I've been wrestling with a couple of decisions. I believe that I have made one, but I'm not ready to advertise it yet. I'm still working on the other. Made, a fruit cake. I am enjoying ...

Two Knits 'n a Style
Two Knits 'n a Style. Last Day of Stitches. March 2, 2010 by Penelope. Sorry for the time delay in this report. We headed out of town post-Sunday to get a meal and then get on the overnight flight home. By the time I got to the house here in NJ, wondering if I was going to have to dig through 28″ of snow to get to the front door (thanks to Danielle and Jesse, I didn’t! I crashed on the couch. Covered in two kitties (Hoshi and Oreo) for hours to try to catch up on some sleep and get rid of my Hobbit feet.

Knitting it all together. Knitting, books and movies, etc. Thursday, December 04, 2014. Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. November by the numbers:. I finished book 52 of my book-a-week-in-2014 reading challenge. I'm still reading and will probably count at least three more before the new year. The last was Me Before You by JoJo Moyes. Knit Nude
Friday, January 14, 2011. Now just because this blog has 'knit' in the name, don't think I don't love EVERYTHING involving yarn. Crochet was my first love, and though most things I make now are knitted, it will always have a place in my heart. This was the first scarf I made, and it was a magic transforming scarf! I'm never quite sure what to do with shawls, apart from being naked in them. Though I suppose that's be good enough? And a bikini top! That's all for now! Tuesday, December 14, 2010.
