Redo because A) I want to get it done, B) I neeeeed more pictures of my son - there's never enough! Alright, enough of that. I have plans today. Big plans. A lot of time will be spent in the car with the child. My action plan for today:. Get up at 5 to start laundry [I rarely start laundry the night before]. Leave the house by noon.

Since my last post I hosted Christmas for my family, hosted a New Yr's Eve celebration with some dear friends, celebrated my son's 9th birthday, went to the Bahamas for 5 days days sans children, celebrater my duaghter's 6th birthday, and to complete our whirlwind Janaury celebrated my husband's 34th birthday. Throw into the oven at 375 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until brown inside. I always cut one open to double check the inside. It was a quick and easy dinner! Links to this post.
