Tanglewood Fiber Creations

http://spinningmom.blogspot.com/2015/01/a-lot-of-water-under-bridges-that-i.html

Diary of a Hand-Spinner. Friday, January 23, 2015. A lot of water under the bridges that I have crossed in the last couple of years. I have always under estimated things, like how much time it takes to do., how long does it take to . And how much of an adjustment to life changes one has to make. I'm not sure anyone even reads this blog but here is the last three years in a nut shell. Moving several times a year back and forward to Los Angeles and back again, carrying a whole yarn company was a lot of the...

Diary of a Hand-Spinner. Friday, June 29, 2012. So much has happened and I've traveled up and down the I-5 corridor so much that I truly never want to make that drive again. Emma and Don are great, the boys are growing and the farm is starting to take shape. The house is almost complete and charming. I have been taking lots of pictures to post on the b...

Thoughts about knitting, life and who knows? April 23, 2011. And I don’t mean two socks the same – I just don’t work that way! Here is the start of the sock, photographed flat. I think that stitch is a lot of fun, especially in self-striping yarn. I also took a shot of the sock on one of my foot dummies. It doesn’t look nearly as cool, but I think a lot of that is the photo. Another Shawl and a Pair of Socks. April 21, 2011. Friday, October 21, 2016. If you are familiar with brain weasels, you know how much they suck. If you aren't, you're lucky. For those of you who haven't heard the term, it's those voices in you head, usually caused by anxiety or depression, or perhaps some unpleasant childhood programming of internal dialogue. Now it's the beginning of digging out. I feel like one guy with a shovel facing one of those epic snows that you find those old black and white photos of. I'm behind on laundry, phone calls, vacuum...
