Tuesday, March 4, 2008. In Like A Lion. March is finally here, after an especially long February, but as we all know in Calgary, we may still have another three to four weeks of winter left. I have to be optimistic about spring though, so here's my first lightweight shawl in awhile. This is "Oyster Bay Shawl" from Ocean Wind Knits done in Mama E laceweight merino. This shawl is so pretty, it's already flown from my house. Labels: embossed leaf socks. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Make 1 Yarn Studio.

Tuesday, May 20, 2008. God Bless the Teachers. My life, my loves, my Works-in-Progress (WIPs). Sunday, November 4, 2007. Originally uploaded by Knits&Pics. Congratulations to Amy and Sandra (a.k.a Sandra and Amy) on your nuptuals. The party on Friday was a big success thanks to Michelle and Coreena (sp? And many others. We all managed to keep the party a secret too so it was a true surprise. Although, I think the real surprise came when we managed to talk Sandra into a public kiss. Don't they look happy? I mean. ew sick! That one's for Sandra).
