http://bellsknits.blogspot.com/2009/12/summer-knitting-in-quay.html
Sunday, 13 December 2009. Summer Knitting in the Quay. This weekend, I took an early bus to Sydney on Saturday morning to join a bunch of knitters down at Circular Quay for an end of year/summer/Christmas gathering. It was, in short, a fabulous afternoon. I met up with Kylie. Walking down the Circular Quay there was a great sense of Sydney being at its best. All sunshine and people milling about and docked in full view was a giant cruise ship. I snapped RoseRed. I caught a couple of projects being worked...

http://bellsknits.blogspot.com/2009/12/years-end.html
Sunday, 27 December 2009. As 2009 draws to a close, I've been looking forward again to glancing back over what happened for me creatively this year. Bellsknits: FO 2008: The Steeked Jacket
http://bellsknits.blogspot.com/2008/03/fo-2008-steeked-jacket.html
Sunday, 2 March 2008. FO 2008: The Steeked Jacket. What's it like when a project takes up more than a year of your relatively young knitting life? What happens when you reach the end and you look back? When I look at my jacket, I see, not to put too fine a point on it, over a year of my life represented in every single stitch. It's quite powerful for me. The Steeked Jacket wasn't ever going to be made. Julie, aka The Samurai Knitter. That, it seemed, was a sign. And then I was off. I remember in March la...

http://knittersrestaurant.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
The official blog of beverlybochenek.com. Monday, January 31, 2011. They say a blizzard is coming. They say we should expect more than a foot of snow. This is Chicago - you can't even bury a body here in just a foot of snow. A foot of snow is nothing. Oh, wait.they changed it to 18 inches - now that's the start of something. I still have the urge to shop, though. The fact that I have $3.18 in my wallet is just a minor detail. The fact I have more yarn in my stash than any of the those stores ...Of it It'...
