Knitting The Day Away. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. I have been working on a scarf using moss stitch (k1, p1 cast on with an odd # of stitches) for no one in particular but it turns out we're going to an 80th birthday party this weekend so I'm going to use it as the gift. Monday, March 14, 2011. They were a tag team beyond belief! Changing diapers, making bottles, doing the laundry, dishes, sanitizing the bottles, more diapers, more laundry.it was a whirlwind adventure for sure! A wild ride, but a good one :) I am very grateful to have had this support, it made a world of difference having them by my side. Or "kiss your sleep goodbye! But what about the emotional aspect of parenting? It sounds horrible to say this, but I was happy that I wasn't alone in these feelings.

Monday, August 8, 2011. Comic-Con was a Grand Old Time. Well, it's been a couple of weeks of recovery, so I can blog again. Comic-Con was exciting, exhausting, fun, and profitable. I was able to sell a bunch of the steampunk stuff, plus 5 of my little felted hats.
